Dani is a certified Dru yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for using movement as medicine. Drawing from her extensive dance background, she brings a rich understanding of the body to her classes, helping students achieve a healthy lifestyle through yoga.

By combining breath, visualisation, and movement, Dani empowers students to tune into their body’s innate wisdom. Her classes are accessible to all—regardless of body type, flexibility, or fitness level.

With a range of modalities including pranic energy healing, Dani has a toolbox that allows her to use intuition to lead her teaching. She offers a broad range of yoga and movement experiences to support mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
